When I start the car and my headlights are off I can see my Odometer fine but when I turn on my lights I lose all dash lighting except for turn signals/hazards. I have tried to find the dimmer wires as the moron who owned the car before me took out the dimmer switch. I was going to try and bypass the dimmer switch but cannot seem to locate the wires.

I have checked all the fuses and all is good. I am lost in the sauce on this one.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

this happened to me after i put all new dash panels in..it got me pissed casue everything worked fine and i noticed it after i got everythign back together...turns out that i tried putting a wrong plug on but noticed it...i thought this shorted out my car and i was furious...turned out to be a fuse...
make sure u check really good and also check the fuse box by the drivers left foot
