I did this mod to my vvt-i a few years ago. I made my own adaptor and use a Bosch unit from a Porsche.

Bosch Throttle Body (0280750474)
Porsche O-Ring Gasket (99711031900)
Lexus SC430 DBW Pedal (78010-24010)
@Ben_R do you by any chance have the part number for the pedal position sensor ?

Apologies, there wasn't any notice saying there had been a reply.

Why do you need a position sensor?

I'll be (eventually) setting it up with a whifbitz throttle body adapter, Bosch 74mm dbw throttle body and Lexus pedal. All run off a Haltech Elite 2500.

The pedal has a 6pin connector for pedal position - I think it's 6pin. The throttle body has a 6pin as well. Haltech uses 2pins for dbw motor, 2pins for throttle plate position, 2pins for pedal position, plus ancillary pins for 5v and signal gnd.

I've found the Bosch tb connector, just need the part number for the pedal connector.

Cool thanks. I just need the part number for the connector and perhaps a wiring diagram. I still need to dig for a Lexus wiring manual.

Did anyone get the connector part numbers here and also, how is it cheaper to piece this out vs buying the whifbitz kit when the pedal (78010-24010) is like, $400? Just looking for some help here before I go buying the whif set up and needing to buy a US GTE upper manifold for my vvti set up. THANK YOU ALL IN ADVANCE for any help here!

I too am chasing the Accelerator Pedal Connector part number and the wiring diagram for it, if anyone has them to share.

Thanks
David

If you're on a stand alone ECU you can use a variety of different OEM parts. My car uses a 350Z metal pedal and LS3 TB.
Appreciate the feedback — I just went with the TAARKS adapter for the vvti manifold, the Bosch 68mm TB, connector and the Soarer / sc430 pedal. Now I’m going to see how I can wire this up when my engine is ready to drop back in.

Read the thread dude, I posted all the relevant parts and their respective numbers above.
<edit> WTF. Scrolling back up I hadn't noticed that the board was hiding the last 8 or so posts. So, excuse the bit of redundancy here about the pedal position sensor, since it was answered above as being the same 6-pin as the Idle Air Control Valve connector, which should be Toyota 90980-11144.

Been looking. Can't find 78010-24010 anywhere. Actually, jp-carparts seems to have it, but it's over $100 more than 78010-30030, and needs to ship overnight from Japan  ...

Hrm - CorsaTecnic shows the Lexus pedal position sensor as 90980-11150
4-Way Kit

I'm betting Samson Wang has it right though - there's the wiring diagram above. Does anyone have any more info on that though ? I know there's at least +5V, signal-GND, pedal-pos1, pedal-pos2, xxxx, yyyy. What are the last two ? And what are the pin assignments ?
