Decided to go with Denso Iridium spark plugs, what size? IK20 or IK22?

Decided to go with these spark plugs. I've read around the internet that I need IK22's gapped at .026. Is that right? When I go to the Denso website it says I need IK20's gapped at .044?

My Supra is stock.

if u getting denso irradinum
get it from jeff watson toyota dealer
$10 ea. that is cheapest I found

I got my Denso Iradium plugs from sparkplugs.com.
IK22 is 1 degree colder than stock and comes pregapped at 0.30.
IK20 is for stock supras, will not react well with moded supras.

i had IK20 and they worked well on my bpu tt ,but i also recomend the ik22 !
