I was at a stoplight this morning and noticed that when I crank the wheel right or left, my vacumm goes from -10psi to -5psi. If I crank the wheel and hold it, the vacuum stops when i stop the wheel. Is this normal? Thanks!

No, it's not normal. You have tee'd the vacuum line for your boost gauge to where the power steering gets intake manifold pressure from. Try another source for your boost guage, possibly teeing off the turbo pressure sensor.

Where exactly is the turbo pressure sensor?
