is there a preferred sport to mount the cut out?
some say its best to mount it higher up on the downpipe?

I put mine where the cat used to be. I wouldn't have it that high up on the downpipe, keep that nasty heat outa the engine bay.

You Dr J.... Looks like it's pointing up a bit.. You're going to have problems with it melting underbody stuff if you leave it open for a few races... (ask me how I know)

When I had my old one there I melted the plastic that covers the break lines... (oops)

Being able to open n close the sucker on the fly is great, makes for great parking structure exits with a stealth getaway
