Destroyed an eclipse
I'm on my way home from the weekly socalsupra meet and I was testin out my turbo after fixin the boost problem. I wasn't even really racin but this eclipse V6 tried to pull away from me at a light. So I decided to unleash the power of my MKIII for the first time. Because he started ahead, i ripped through 1st gear to about 4500 and shifted, from then on I hit 7 psi in every gear and just left him in the dust. I only had to go up to 70mph before it was obvious he couldn't come back. I'm at full power in my car for the first time fince i got it back in April

I know there not real eclipses that's why i didn't really even think twice about it, seemed like he gave up. What a bitch, since he initiated the roll on
...he gave up cause he heard the whimsical whine of the turbo!!!
Probably that, or the obnoxious loudness of my Blitz BOV that made him back down.

Top of second gear is 60-65mph. 70mph would be the first second, or less, that you are in 3rd gear. This doesn't really constitute a "race" IMO. BUT ...glad you are enjoying a well running stock turbo 7mgte. Get a boost controller and some 3+inch turbo-back exhaust and run to just under fuel cut (about 12-14psi) .. then see how you like it. <---You should know this ... being involved with any part of the SoCal crew. I laughed my ass off at the tyrese post. And i'm only talking about full power because my car has been boostin only 1-2 psi and i just got it fixed. And i was in third gear at 70mph i think. And this one is to AWIDESUPRA, it was a race until it was obyiously over and i just let off the fas because i was so far ahead but i could still hear the disgusting sound of his engine. 3in exhaust and boost controller is next on my list.

I know silvino, i just posted it because i hardly ever post anything in this section(as i usually don't like to race). I think of that race as more of a chance for me to test out my car and he just happened to be there, I guess. I'm not really super proud of it, just kinda venting because my car has been underboostin so long i had forgot what 7psi felt like
