Hey guys, i posted this on Supramania and wanted to share on the SF as well.

Hope it helps someone else!

I recently fitted a HE351 holset to my 7mgte with a ct26-t3 custom flange and was in search of a intake that is clean, performs well and has that classic supra look. This should work for any single turbo set up!

I needed a 4" pipe at about a 45 degree angle and a 4" filter. My budget was about $100, until I found this! $53.50 shipped!

Had everything I needed. Ill let the pics do the talking from here. Please note that I am running a DET3 with the MAF-MAP conversion, I will weld 1 bung on the tube for the PCV system, but you gets get the idea.

The quality of everything is expected for $53.50 but will serve the purpose just fine! The filter has a velocity stack, stainless clamps, the couplings are not reinforced but that's ok with me. The filter is a bit massive but it works!

We need 1 more straight silicone coupling, marking a straight line with 2" tape is the perfect fit.

Test fit just as the pipe comes out of the box. Will need to cut to fit as expected.

Before!

After!

There are 45 degree 4" aluminum tubes on eBay for $23, and $22 for chinese a 9" cone filter, both shipped.
So yeah, about right.
Cheaper than a real K&N filter alone.
But I personally would never put a chinese filter on anything of mine, not even my mini hot-saw.
