I am about a millimeter away from buying a t04b turbo kit sans oil lines and downpipe.
I need to know if there is anyone out there that makes a downpipe set up to go.
THis is my first NON bolt on turbo so excuse the ignorance; it's been awhile.

No one makes one.

Only people that I know of that makes a DP for a turbo kit, are the people who make turbo kits. Such as SP, HPF, and RPS.

I was afeared of that.
Ok,well in that case; I suppose any decent exhaust shop should be able to fab something up?

Really... all you'd need would be some 3" elbows and some straights. Mock it up, make your marks with a pen, then tape it all up. have it tacked by a shop, then take it home and make sure it'll fit. If it looks good.. weld it solid.

OK, How exactly does the end of the pipe that butts up to the turbo get clamped on? It has a circular groove.
Just a tbolt clamp?
I want to run an open belch tube so bad...lol.
I think the smog police would catch onto the fact that there was fire flying out of the side of my car though.
I'm not averse to mocking one up.
....
I need a welder....or new friends.....with welders.

I used my old dp that i got off ebay for the 2 45 bends and then used the 90 off of atpturbo.com to make mine. Mine looks exactly like Brents. I also have no probs with the dp being to low on the car.

What would a custom t04b Downpipe cost to make including labour?
You can make it yourself for under $100.

I would expect to pay $350+ locally to have a shop make one.

(the combination of the above will get you down the length of the car, but not give you that last angle seen in most aftermarket downpipes.)

Sounds like you're going to need a v-band outlet on that turbine housing. Take the turbine housing, and the weld flange to a welding shop and see if they can do it. Welding cast isn't as easy as laying a bead as the shop must prep it. You'll have to find a turbine housing weld on adapter, the clamp, and a tube weld on adapter.
