generally the drift button goes over the ebrake button. You just need to take out the spring in the handle that pushes the button back out.

what drift button is this? I havn't found one in the US for the supra

So, what happens when you need to park on a hill after you've done this? Put it in gear and hope the hill isn't steep enough to spin the engine? Wood blocks under the tires?

That is a good question. OP here is what you do. Find a threaded bung or plug. Maybe about 1/2 inch in size?.... Then trim your button around the edges. Then tap the plastic case aroung the button. ie tap out the handle. Then thread in the plug. It will hold the button down. And then you can spin it out when you have to park on a hill. Only thing is plastic threads will eventually wear out. So park on hills rarely and you should be good.
