I am trying to replace the main drive belt (serpentine), but I can't figure out how to loosen the drive belt tensioner.
Does anyone have any information on replacing the main drive belt?

Thanks.

I cant seem to get the tensioner loose. Maybe I stripped the bolt to the tensioner. Is it possible? How do you know when your drive belt tensioner is bad?

The belt tensioner is auto adjusting and spring loaded. You need to put a ratchet end, bar, wrench or similar in the bracket that holds wheel and pry it down, or clockwise like stated.
