Have a rumble / vibration sound only what seems to be specific gears (4 and 6) and at specific rpm (4th gear 60mph, 6th gear 80mph). Happens only on deceleration. If it starts to rumble on decel in 4th at 60mph, I can put it in 5th, same speed, accelerate a bit, decel, and no rumble (odd).

At first I thought is was my diff, I rebuilt it to spec (no pinion bearings, preloads corrects..). Sound still exists after installation. Curious if transmission bearings for specific shaft may be going.

Being that it seems gear dependent, that's why I suspect tranny. If it was guibo/driveshaft bearing/diff, I would suspect the rumble would be there on decel in ANY gear.

Am I going crazy?
