Has anyone ever dry sumped a 2jzgte motor? Please list pros and cons of this setup.

Yes,both moroso and stephs make pans, 3 and 5 stage dry sump systems. Work very very very well...you have to loose your AC though to mount the pump in order for it to work, you can rev as high as you wish with this, respectivly...

rocked has done it on his motor with success, and so have a few other guys I believe..

Anybody know the approximate cost to go dry sump? ...I'll start "search" now that you got me interested.

I wonder if it makes any improved clearance on the bottom to maybe allow dropping the engine a bit lower ...I guess the driveshaft alignment would have to be considered. Anybody done that? Room's tight, maybe it's impossible.

there is no way to keep your A/C and have the dry sump? There wasnt any room anywhere to mount it?
