I just read up on how to use Lexan. It looks pretty easy, has anyone tried forming a side window with the stuff? The triangle windows would be real easy but the door windows are a complex shape and they are curved.

I live in canada so changing the rear window to lexan would be bad for me as I would loose my rear defogger. Maybe a summer hatch and a winter hatch?

I think if it were to break off it would probably slide up the window and over the car. Windshield glass is pretty strong because of it's laminate construction.
