Okay, heres the problem, my voltometer reads at idle with nothing on at 11.4~ volts. Whereas when I test the battery is reads high at 15.4 volts. Where the hell is all the power going? I know it goes through a regulator and the alternator and that should cause it to put out at 12 Volts, but when I start turning accessories on, I've taken my voltometer down to 7.1~ volts. What could be wrong here? The battery and alternator were both replaced this month.

are you checking the voltage with a dmm or watching the gauge on the dash?

you could have high resistence in the power line for the gauge, causing it to read a lower number..

there is also a service charge on the battery after you shut your car off, it will read above 13 volts (13-15), and when the service charge is gone reads around 12.6
