I have a 5 speed supra and have never done the dyno. I am not trying to sound dumb but do u shift jus like you are driving? Do you put on the e brake, hold down the break, or both. Never done it so help me out here. Do you start in 1st or 5th or what. PLEAZZZZZZZ HELP!!!!!

You do everything just like you're driving. Nothing changes except the fact that the road (rollers in this case) is moving instead of your car.

NEVER hit the brakes on the dyno! You would find yourself rocketing through the wall, those puny straps wouldn't help!!

The dyno drum has a braking system and will slow your tires down, just let off the gas and push the clutch in after nailing redline.
