Guys,

Currently I'm running Mobil 1 15W-50 but I have a few questions for those running e85...

What type of oil are you using? Synthetic, conventional, diesel? What weight?
How frequently do you change oil? For synthetic or conventional oil.

I've been reading that when running e85 you should be changing the oil at a higher frequency.

ive been using rotella 15w40 in my car...
i honestly change it on how long its been in there and how much i have driven the car.

I guess not many have too much experience here with e85. I've also been reading on Evo forums where there is definitely more information on this topic.

I've been regularly smelling and checking my oil to see if something changes but so far it's all good. Just to be extra safe I'll be changing the oil before a 1000 miles.

Rotella here too!

Change mine based on how hard I've worked her. I try and change it every 500-800 miles since the built motor and high power.
