After about 10 phone calls...only 2 places that I found carry Eclipse! The first place quoted me $34 for a cd changer cartridge-changer model 5083. They also mentioned that Eclipse
"discontinued the 2301 DSP module" because it's "preamp voltage dropped whatever you put into it down to 2.17V" and replaced it with the 39011 model. I also asked about the 21010 EQ... the first place said $250 right off the bat and the second place said "2 bills, but I can probably give it to you for $170."

$500 on Ebay got me a 3 month old 7002 and 5083 (minus the cartridge)...the guy's receipt shows over $1300 for both! I'm going to buy the 21010 EQ locally for $170 and maybe the sub(s) online. [ebay again]
