I don't know if this has already been done... but wouldn't it work better to have an electric BOV? It would respond instantly and might make a big difference in preventing compressor surge. Plus there's no way it could open when it wasn't supposed to such as at idle or with a 2step on. You could use the signal from your MAP sensor and even set it to open if the boost got too high. Think it's a dumb idea or should I try experimenting with it? I think it's practical, unless there's something I'm not thinking about...
