my Nox is off the roof almost double

Yup EGR is bad, so i ordered a new one $ 171 rip off from toyota.

Question Hi nox means its lean. Would it be bad if I also run rubbing alcohol???

NO failed not horribly pass is 0.53 mine is about 0.64


how much Alcohol??? what type?? where can i get this stuff???? how much gas for the mixture????

Hi NOx doesnt nessisarily mean it's lean. it means you have high combustion chamber temperatures (above 2500)

I failed my emissions with a NOx of 1892 with an allowable of 1196. This sucks because this is my second time failing it. The first time...i had no egr and passed eveything except NOX with 1452. Now i put back on the fucking egr and i fail even worse. I did not drive the car for a while on the highway...which i probably should have. Any suggestions????? Where do i go now??

I would,t recommend rubbing alcohol since it has water in it. Have you tried some Super 104+? Think it could be carbon builup?

You probably could have got a egr for free from someone on here. To a lot of people they are garbage if you don't have to worry about emissions.
