In California, no EGR=No Pass.

You might squeek by in D.C. When I was registered there they "goosed" the tailpipe & it passed. I was running a header & no converter at the time. I MD., I don't recall them looking under the hood. Hmmm, I guess if the #s look good they don't visual in some places!
