Okay, I've traced the clicking noise to the bottom end of the engine. The clicking doesn't vary with engine speed or if the engine is in gear or not. When I rev the engine really high I can still hear the clicking at the same pace as if I was idling so I don't think it's the valves.

Can this clicking come from a defective water pump or power steering pump? The sound appears to be coming from the crank pulley area.

I did a search and found that it might be a defective keywall, but my crank pulley doesn't wobble at all. I'm not quite sure what the problem can be. Any ideas?

No to sure but you could always try to tighten down the crank pulley bolt. Mine wasnt torqued properly and it started to make a knocking noise.

Not the crank pulley. I just torqued it down just for the heck of it and that didn't fix the problem. It is probably just my valves... I suppose.
