If i give it gas i lose power around 3000 RPM. If i ease up on the throttle it runs fine. My power steering is broken, dont know why.

Why could I be losing power? Timing? Sensors? (I just got a new throttle position sensor)

Check your timing with a timing light gun?

Check for boost leaks?

ok i found it in the TSRM but I dont know what an SST is? is it just a bridge? LED light?

just bridge them with a paper clip or a wire, that SST is not necessary to check for codes
