went yesterday, place was overcrowded, prices went up, too many ricers-they should have separate days for slow cars ,
too many mishaps that Etown cant deal with in a timely fashion,
some stupid nhra/.../.../.../ rules being applied to people who just want to bring their cars and run for fun, what else....? and yes
dont tell me they care about my safety- i do that, nobody else.

It's a business, so you'll just have to accept this. Without ticket sales the venue won't be profitable and will become something of the past.
MHO, if you wish to race, then it'll be wise to visit on "non" import racing days.

and I race at etown because they DO care about safety...MINE and every other driver...and thats very important....i'd like to race on a CLEAN track at all times....even if we have to wait 20mins for them to clean it up after a dumbass drips coolant the whole way down the track...

i was talking about "them" forcing safety equipment-roll bars/cages- onto people who drag once in a blue moon. surely i dont want to drive on some coolant and that's not what i was talking about
safety wise, like i said- i dont need anybody to tell me how to take care of myself or my car.

Tsoprano, i believe i know that turbo m3. was it yellow? if it was, then it has a gt40r turbo on it. its pretty sick. the kid lives in the jackson/howell, nj area. my friend is getting a similar kit put on his e36 M starting may 14th. but if the M wasnt yellow, ignore what i just said, haha.

holy shit marc,u blind? think for a second . the bimmer was a 97 m3 with a new m3 motor boosted by ics in conn. and it was black. the owner is my friend jamar harris and the car went 11.0,11.1 all night at 128 mph. and never was warned. i get tossed after the first warning. too bad my clutch fried my first pass gave me a 1.50 60' and then cooked. so i sat on the trailor for the rest of the night. but i see the is300 pulls hard once it hits the 330 mark.

thanks dude, damn my 60 ft times are still shit, damn 19" wheels....but I got down to a 13.20 @ 114 MPH...

time to invest in some drag radials on 17's or 16's, turn the boost up and run some low 11's...when i'm ready....
