[nickel and dimed]

I was wandering if anybody knows where i might get a European style license plate holder for my 87 Supra.
I heard it allows for the 89+ trim while keeping the 87 tails.
trim is rusting and I want the 89+ but dont want to change my tails.
Any help would be much appreaciated thanks.
