Is the HKS Carbon exhaust I see for sale on here going for 750 and up the same ones that are new on ebay for 572 plus shipping?

I'm not flaming on anyone's prices but just curious to see if the one on ebay is smaller or something and that is why its cheaper.

HKS discontinued the 75mm piping version in early 2004.
