god i have been looking for a good supra for about a year and a half but they usually have around. 140-170,000 miles on them if not completely thrashed. I found one jewel. Rebuilt motor 1,000 miles ago, rebuilt tranny, greddy turbo, greddy intercooler, blow off valve, turbo timer, airflow controller, exhaust, downpipe, cross drilled rotors, lowered, just the works. runs awesome. didn't pay too bad for it either. anyways just thought I would share my excitement.

one question though, the whole car is pristine except... it has a little rust in the rear wheel wells. just right on the lip. any ideas if I can get quarter panels, how much. a good body shop that I can take it to in the san diego area that can do that kind of work. anyways and help would be awesome.

thanks in advance.

is the rust completely through the metal? Id think it would be a LOT more economical to just grind down the rust or even patch it up if necessary and then respray it. To put in new quarter panels is a huge job and will burn a decent sized hole through your pocket.

yeah I didn't want to replace the whole thing but I didn't know it could be patched. I think it went all the way through but I really have to sand away to be sure the guy who had the car before me painted over it. It sucks.
