Just follow the break in procedure sheet that Chris included in your clutch. The engagement will smooth out eventually but it won't get back to a stock like feel. At least that's how it is with mine after 6-7k miles.
Only thing that I dislike about this clutch is the smoothness when engaging even after break in period. I hate it when I get stuck at a red light at a huge incline hill.
