Okay, I'm trying to fabricate some flanges for an adapter I am making to replace my CT12's with the K26 turbos.

I would like to know what thickness should I make the flange and what material should it be (what kind of steel should I use.)

Two flanges will look like the stock 1JZ flanges and two will look similar to a Nissan t-25 flange but made for the k26 application.

Two will be made for so that I can fabricate the downpipe as well mating it to the K26.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks guys.
Moe ............

This is what I am playing with :)

Those are sweet! I love this idea, and definitely want to see updates on how this project goes. Did you get those off ebay?

They are availalble off ebay pretty cheap but I got these from a friend, aka PerfOrmance, here on the forums.

I will definitely be updating and making a dedicated thread once I start to do everything.
