Does anyone know what material the stock front lip on the supra is made of? What would be the best glue to fix it?

Thanks

went through this as well, you best bet is to get some jb weld stuff fix the cracked lip, and sand to whole lip down so it will all match. If you do an amazing job it will be "ok"

I tried this and just went with a brand new lip
The material seems like it is difficult to get anything to adhere to it. Is it made out of urethane?

Yup. I've had mine painted several times already, once the paint cracks it starts to fall off pretty easily.
plastic welder.....
plastic welders work good some times. they have a tendency to over heat the material and warp it. 3m makes a good bumber repair kit that works real good. I use it at my body shop. comes with all you need. but is a little pricey. some other companys make repair kits. but are alittle harder to sand. Make sure you use an adheave promoter before applying the platic filler and before painting. that hepls a great deal to prevent cracking. and makes everything adhear a whole lot better. and should stick to pretty much any platic surface. if your doing base coat/clearcoat use a flex agent in the paint this greatly reduces chips and crack in such a flexable area.
