Those dont fit, unless you change the whole pump. but the GE pump is Low pressure while the GTE is high pressure so your gunna starve the bearings and end up spinning one. So you keep the GTE one and cut it in two pieces and reweld it together to face forward. Then you get a Cressida 7mge Oil pan cut part of the baffling out, then put it on your motor. You also have to tap the Dipstick tube forward to face into the Front sump as well.

You need to do what the Mk2 folks do for 7M conversions.

Use an 85+ 5mGE pump
Use an 85+ 5MGE pan
Drill the boss out and use the 5M dipstick

If you have a 7M with the fully counterweighted crank you'll need to clearance the oil pump flange as well.

you chould just use a 5m pan then exten the pick up tube

Here is my F-Sump. Tig welded the pickup for a 100% clean seal with no chance of debris/wire protruding in the oil tube. I believe i have the 5MGE pan with a 5MGE dipstick tube drilled in the front possition. however bending the 7MGTE stock tube forward works too. I just wanted the front one incase i swap manifolds & turbo's. Tho the front dipstick is kinda hidden by the acordion hose on the turbo inlet. Oh yea and the oil pickup support was cut and re-welded on as pictured.

All I did was take a 5m oil pan and just the pickup from a 5m pump by the way you can make a 5m pump high pressure by shiming it,i am so ghetto.
