Ok got did my front suspension last night, was kinda a pain took longer then I thought it would so me and my friend didn't get to the rears will do so friday and have an update sat morn probably. The bolts attatching the upper arm to the body are what gave us problems, couldnt even break them loose with an air ratchet at 90psi we finally got them broke with a huge ass breaker bar and a rubber mallet, took us 4 hours just to do the fronts but we only worked on one side at a time, I think the rears will be alot easier. Anyways heres the before an after pics, and coming out of his driveway I wasn't able to angle it enough and I hear CRUNCH SCRAPE CRUNCH CRUNCH SHATTER! I thought my cfx lip was destroyed but it only ended up being scraped up underneath a tiny piece on the inside(non visible) broke off, you can see it in the last pic I know this isn't complete and its just a half drop but I had to get some feedback cuz I think it looks a million times better anyways enough blabbering.

Looking good! The lip/lowered will certainly change the way you drive. I have scraped mine once, right after install, but now I kind of know it's limitations. I have to take an extremely wide angle to get up my driveway, but you get used to it. Keep it up.

Shit bro! Nice fucking car man that shit makes me jealous! Lowering looks good, when you lower the back it should even out a lot more and will be even better :bigthumb:

I love this pic, looks so nice:

Front looks good and low man.

If you have TEMS enjoy taking panels out in the hatch to do the rears.

I can't remember, you have 18's right?

You only need to take out the speaker covers it shouldn't be too bad, ya they are 18's

Stop bein lazy therm and just go replace yours without a step by step guide :freak:

Anyways, car looks nice, make sure you post up how it rides, I put some gr2's on my wife's escort and it's pretty bouncy, although that might have something to do with the mazda mx-3 h&r's ($70 for the set of springs and struts at the jy, couldn't pass it up). I'm interested to see how they ride on an mkiii

Can't comment fully on how it rides until I put the rears on but even with just the fronts on it feels much better then it did, very stiff.

man looks kinda funny to be honest... You should have went with 45 series tires to eat up all the rest of the wheel well.

But other then that anything lower then stock is better! ;)
