Hello- my name is Josh, and as you might have guessed- I work for FUELAB. I am not here to sell, as we do not sell direct to the end user. However, I am here to answer any of your questions if you are thinking of buying our products as well as provide tech support/troubleshooting services to those of you that are already using our products. I plan to contribute to the forum outside of threads that only involve FUELAB products. I am also going to help answer questions and troubleshoot problems that deal with fuel in general. I can be reached via PM or email- whichever you prefer. The idea is that by contributing to the message forums that many of our customers use, we will be able to provide better customer service and quicker answers to your questions. It also allows us to get closer to the end users of our products to better understand their needs. I would also like to say “Thanks” to those of you that stopped by to see us last weekend at the PRI event. If I can be of any service, be sure to let me know.

Thanks for the warm welcome fellas.

We are trying to get closer to the end users of our products. This helps everyone involved- Fuelab, the distributor, and the end user. We understand the needs of our customers and the customers get better customer service.

I wasn't able to be at PRI on Thurday when the interview took place. However, I was there on Friday and Saturday and a couple of the Power TV guys stopped by. I watched the video you guys shot for us- it looks really good.

Hi Josh ,, welcome to SF !

I have been using your FPR for several months with no issues to report. Will you be offering an electronic gauge any time soon ? I ended up using a Cyberdyne but i'm less than pleased with it . It would be nice to have a good quality matching gauge in the dash.

That certainly looks quite nice, tucked up there on the firewall :hail: Do you mind if I use that in our gallery of customer installs? If not- PM me with whatever info you would like to be included.

We do not currently have any electronic gauges in the works. We are trying to focus on what we do best- pumps, regulators, and filters. That's not to say we won't carry an electronic gauge in the future. Keep an eye on our website and/or social media sites (FB, MySpace, Twitter) for new product releases.

On a side note- I've had good luck with Autometer gauges on my personal vehicles in the past.

On a different note- since it has been a bit of an "issue" on another forum, I'd like to post, a little more clearly, what my intent is on your forum as well as the other forums that I am posting on. This is simply a copy/paste of what I posted on another board:

I am here for customer service/tech support- not sales. As I said, we don't sell direct to the public. We are not a performance shop that sells many different kinds of items- engine parts, suspension parts, exterior parts, wheels/tires, etc. I have an account set up for the same purpose on several other forums and things seem to be going well. More manufacturers need to do things like this. It helps everyone involved- the end user, the vendors (I'd venture a guess that at least one of your supporting vendors has our products), as well as the manufacturer. It allows us to spot problems with the products as well as help the customer troubleshoot quickly and a little more directly. I am not going to continually post things, trying to push the brand. If someone has a problem with a FUELAB item, I am here to help. They can send me a PM or Email. As I am cruising the forum and I see someone that has a fuel related problem (my brand or not), I am going to offer advice on how to fix the problem if I think I have a possible solution. I am NOT going to say- you should buy "this" or "that" FUELAB product. Additionally, if someone is already using a particular product and has a problem, the first thing he or she usually does, is go to whatever forum they frequent and do a search for their part/problem. In the case of a FUELAB product- someone might search the brand name and find this thread- which gives that person direct access to me to get the problem solved. That information is then public knowledge on the forum and could potentially help another person down the road that searches for answers to the same problem.

+1. Fuelab pump (42401), filters, and fpr in my car for last 6 months and 6 or 700 miles @ approx 800 whp on E85.

One of the 1st Fuelab setups here on SF's, I think... so far, so good!

I just noticed your post- sorry about that. As of right now, we do not produce fuel rails- that's not our area of expertise. We focus on pumps, regulators, and filters.

Looking at your fuel products for my 2jzgte swapped cressida. My plan is to go single with eithe AEM V2, or Pro EFI 128, fuel will be either AZ 91, with meth or E85. Power level will be under 700rwhp, what pump, regulator, and lines for E85 would you recommend?
