Every setup is different, it's always a good idea to have a wideband before boosting the crap out of it. The fuel cut kicks in at around 14 psi. If you don't have a bcc, that's where you'll be limited. Beyond that generally speaking 18-19~ is where stock fuel becomes insufficient and you start to lean out.
I woulnt say any one fuel rail is better the other when you are talking good name rails. Just call one of the sponsered venders and they will be able to help you out with sizing and price. Then it is just price shopping from there unless you are partial to one vender like a lot of people but all of our sponsed venders are great and helpful.
