In the process of trying to get my car to pass the last e-test I'll ever need here in ontario. My car's HC and CO numbers were pretty high. My Vf values were 0, so the car is running real rich (as indicated from the Vf values and the high HC and CO) I checked my coldstart injector and no leaks, next check is fuel pressure? What is the easiest way to check this? Is there a hose I can tap into and use a gauge? I changed ECUs and for a moment I thought things were ok as the Vfs were 2.5, then after a short drive back to 0 they went. Oh and no codes present.
Thanks for any help in advance.

The only way I've seen it done is to tap into the cold start injector hose. You will need to get the matching fitting on your fuel pressure gauge.
