They come right out with a little encouragement after you unbolt the stays. Try gently twisting them with a wrench.

getting stock injectors out of the rail...
i sold my stock injectors off my car so i need to take them out of the rail. i tried pulling on them a little but i dont want to damage them. can someone please tell me the proper way to remove the injectors from the rail? thanx

You really don't need to twist them with a wrench, just turn them side to side with your hand a few times. They'll pop out, it's just the rubber O-ring holding them in once those brackets are off...
