what is a good GLASS SCRATCH REMOVAL PRODUCT that i can use?

thanks but it reads "WARNING: This System Removes Glass. Keep Glass Wet With Water and Spinning Abrasives Moving Across Entire Surface to Avoid Heat Build-Up and Optical Distortion..."
bad thing is i cant add to much water to the thing since it has electrical parts on it and water can seep into the area no matter how well i block it ..
