It will only help you when you have something to adjust. (IE: cam gears, fuel controller, etc.)

I am just curious when should I start to go to the dyno? As far as mods go, can you benefit from going to the dyno stock? Even at bpu levels, when is a dyno run going to help with tuning the performance?
