The 4-row routs the pipes under the fender and then up to the turbo. This works very well for single turbos. The three routs it up throught the fender like stock. The only real negative about this is it typically requires a sharp bend at the compressor outlet. The two cores are similar but the 3-row has about a 20degree bend in the passenger side.
