The 3 row is the best IC for the money, but if you are going to stay on stock twins, the Type-S may be a good option.

I would be suprised if it got in the way. The 3 row pipe stays pretty far out and clears my tranny cooler. Of course I don't know how the OEM trans. cooler is mounted. If you have any pics, I'd be curious to see them.
