That must be correct. Set it to 4.1 or 4.3V (depending on the year of the car) and there will be no fuel cut at all anymore. You can´t set a new "cut-point" with this device. This will just freeze the voltage at the predetermined (mentioned above) voltage and keep it there when the sensor output reaches this particular level. Everything underneath will just be sent to the ECU unfiltered.

Basically the put together the white and the red cable and connect it to +, connect the black one to ground and then measure the ouptut of the green cable. It should measure the above mentioned voltages.
To adjust the voltage you need to open the BCC and adjust the variable resistor inside.
Then you are all done.
