A friend of mine got a MKIV a couple of months ago that has a E-manage Ultimate in it. It runs ok when warmed up, but is hard to start and drives like crap at low speed. I need to look at the map on it, but when he got it, the previous owner did not give him the cable or software disc. Where can I order the disc and cable?

you can download software off line and get the cable from radioshack.

From what I understood, it is not a regular USB cable, correct?

I looked for awhile, couldn't find anywhere to download the software from.

i used a regular usb cable ill search later and see if i can find it.

Ordered the CD, and confirmed that it is a regular USB cable.
