After my turbo timer shuts my car down I hear a "Groan" coming from under the hood. Is this normal or is this the groan that Ive herd about? (AKA: Somthing about a reed valve???)

Does it make any difference if the AC is on or not? I get a hiss on my old Celica if I shut it off with the AC still on. How long does this groan last?

yeah i got that noise to.guess with so many of us having it maybe it is normal
