i need to know what rods i should use i want to make 350-500 HP and it needs to be able to take some hard revs on a daily basis?
H beams or I beams

I would do H beams over I beams IMO. Just make sure you get the rod from a good quality and reputable manufacturer. ie carillo, etc

If you're going for that power range just go with eagle. They are fairly cheap and reliable. There are several guys here that use them and say they work fine.

500whp; if this is all your aspiring for, then reuse the OEM's that you presently have and invest the money elsewhere..

Just a question Im just learning about this breed of car and understand these rods are well forged from the factory but dont you think it would be a little risky using the OEM connecting rods, even with a good balance job. A fatigued rod would be devastating at 18-25 psi and 6500rpm.

What is mpi inspected? And where can you get that stuff done?

magnetic particle inspection. it is an inspection method used to find cracks in magnetic metals (carbon/alloy steels, cast iron, nickel, etc). It is a fairly easy process so most machine shops should be able to do it.
