Stupid Comcast!!! It has been over 6 months since i moved and disconnected my service and i have not received my deposit and a 200 dollar overpayment. I have litterley called every other week since then end of December and I fell like I am getting the run around... They tell me that they have no idea and that they only take questions and a different department, that I nor them can speak to, can send my check. ARG!! So they have to fill out a "ticket". These tickets never get processed and no one ever returns my phone calls. Comcast is sucking balls!

Anyone had any problem like this from them? How did you go about getting your deposit back? Legal action maybe???
