there is a cable that runs to the latch....you can get to it when you pull off the plastic in the truck that is right in front of the latch.
When you get in there you will we a sleeve with a cable in it. Where this cable connects to a latch there is an allen screw just loosen that screw and move the cable closer to the latch then retighten and there you go......
