When i turn on my headlights the highbeams are on 100% of the time. Before i could lightly bring the switch back to low beam but if I hit a bump or anything the switch would pop out back to highbeams. Now its highbeam all the time, I just sleepy eye the lights at night. My question is its most likly the whole headlight/turnsignal arm needs replacing? if so, are they easy to replace? or do I have to take the steering wheel off?
