I just hooked up my profec b using the instructions on mkiv on how to hook up the blitz unit. Worked fine in low boost but when i tried it in high as i shifted in to 4th the car stalled. I pulled over and started the car and the boost guage and tach needles were floating but boost was in floating in vacuum the car was stuttering and jerking but moving. What could this be? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just put the car back to stock it is still wigging out. At idle it sounds like it revs and goes back down with no one doing anything.

You popped a hose off somewhere. Check everything. It's one very small hose on the front of the intake manifold that gives symtoms like that when it pops off...

I checked all hoses and started the car weird whistling noise and smoke coming from behind the engine and out of exhaust car sounds funny kind of like a diesel. Is also reving up and down on its own. Please Help!
Also check all the intercooler hose connections, they tend to pop off under high boost. I have some of my stock IC hoses secured using T-bolt spring loaded clamps, they do the trick.

Look for the whistling noise...that probably is the source of your vacuum hose leak...also check where the boost gauge was hosed into. It might have popped out somewhere around there.
