i dont know whats the problem. im getting misfire in my 5th and i cant pull the codes due to the NA-TT swap (CEL doesn't work). this is what we know. the spark plugs are brand new, the coil packs work fine, ignitor and resistor pack is fine. the wiring from the ecu-ignitor-coilpack all have power and solid connections. injectors are opening and closing. spark plug has no residue on it, no fuel etc. any ideas? also could the o2 sensor cause a misfire?

could be the o2 sensor, and you running pig rich. Do you have a wideband?

It also could be the timing ring on the back of the timing gear on the cranks shaft, a cam sensor, or the crank sensor itself.
