Hello all, I have went OBD II due to leanspot after i went single and I need some help on taking out a ECU wiring pin on the ECU harness to re-locate that wire for the diag. port.

Toyotafan's OBD II conversion thread told to simply push up inside of the harness pin hole with a safety pin and pull out. However that didn't seem to work that well.

the part where I have to push up.....is it on the bottom part, middle part, or top part of that little hole?

is there anyone who's done this before that can help me out?
thanks in advance you all:wavey:

First pop off the yellow or gray caps from the front of the connectors. Then use a pick, easier than a pin, to stick about have way down the pin toward the pin and pry the small plastic tab away from the pin and pull the wire out. You cant see the tab, but once you get one wire out the rest are easy because you can see how it works. Below is a really crappy picture to give you an idea of what you are working with.
