Hey guys,

I'm hoping you guys can give me a idea where to start with this problem. Recently, my car has developed a issue where sometimes when I click the fans on in the car, no air will flow through. This is the case with both heat/AC. It's pretty random as for the most part, it works. Is there a switch that is going?

With the windows open, you can feel the cold air coming through the vents a bit from the A/C, just nothing powering the air though.

Any help would be great. Thanks

Blower motor. Check the blower motor first. Since the AC nor the heat blows thru the vents.

Check the switch. Could be a fan relay. When a blower is going out it will usually turn on but then quit after the motor gets hot. It locks out. Paul

Also, just to be clear, when it's working (as it does 90% of the time) it'll work for the entire time the car is on (will not just turn off by itself). It'll be a random day when I decide to turn on the fan and nothing will come on. Either it works 100% or it doesnt kind of thing.

Sooo, the blower motor does work. The problem is in the switch/relay.
